Cancellation policy

Unfortunately due to the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations we will be bringing in a deposit policy.

All clients will need to pay a 50% deposit for any treatment/treatments you book to secure your booking. If the deposit doesn’t get paid your booking will be cancelled. 

If you cancel or move your appointment giving us more than 48hrs notice before you’re appointment you will be able to move your 50% deposit onto your next appointment. 

If you cancel or move your appointment without giving us the 48hrs notice before your appointment or you do not show to your appointment 100% of the booking will be taken.

I’m the event of you having to cancel an appointment please note we do not accept cancellation of appointments via email as they are not monitored all of the time, please phone us on the salon number which is 07515975933. 

Unfortunately as a small business we just can’t take the hit from no shows and late cancellations as the likely hood of filling those appointments are slim to none. 

One cancellation is just that but unfortunately this is a becoming a more common occurrence and our business & staff can face significant financial loss. We love what we do but this profession is how we pay our bills, mortgages etc. 

Our cancellation policy is in place to protect us, it’s nothing personal.

Price Increase

Firstly I would like to thank all our lovely loyal clients for your continued support, it really does mean a lot to us! 

As a salon we would like to continue to give our clients the best service and products available so after a lot of thought, consideration and inflation in the rising costs, there will be a price increase from the first week in March starting 4th March 2024. 

I have tried to absorb these costs as much as possible to keep the increase as low as we can.
